This webinar examines climate change as a form of crime and as a core issue for green criminology.  It explores contemporary perspectives on climate justice and, in particular responses to climate change including the role of the courts in addressing climate change and the use of litigation and regulatory enforcement to address contemporary climate change and pollution problems.
