The Software Development Academy (SDA) project is about reskilling newcomers with academic backgrounds in a university setting and then match them with companies in the Swedish IT sector. Fifteen weeks, or 550 hours, of intensive training and practising programming, prepares the candidates for a new career as junior software developers.
