This is a very brief 5-minute video on the basic procedure of printing with the standard printers at KTH Architecture School.

Cost examples:
Officially, the costs to print are stated via the following link:
https://www.kth.se/en/student/studier/it/campus/printing/prislista-1.444222
Check the above link for current prices, but as of 6th January, 2022, they are stated as follows:
Grescale A4 – SEK 0:50 per page
Colour A4 – SEK 1:00 per page
Greyscale A3 – SEK 0:75 per page
Colour A3 – SEK 1:50 per page
For duplex printing (two-sided printing), the page costs are multiplied with a factor of 0.9.
Nonetheless, regarding the duplex printing, the official statement seem to be off, or at least slightly incorrect; the cost factor for printing 25 double-sided colour pages was 0.98 – not 0.9. And another duplex print with fewer pages was not reduced in price at all, so do not take the reduction for granted.
The printers will not print any ink closer than 4-5 mm to the paper border (depending on the accuracy of the printer when automatically fetching the paper from the paper tray), so please take this 5 mm margin into account when you author your document to be printed.
As of HT21, Adobe Acrobat DC is installed in the following: ARCPLAN, CADLAB, CADLAB-REMOTELAB, and DFL, among 14 other computer labs. (Check
https://www.kth.se/en/student/studier/it/campus/computer-rooms/lista for current status.)
As confirmed by KTH Entré on January 11th, 2022, before each semester change (1st of January, and 1st of July), the free printing quota is refilled to the maximum of SEK 200.
